摘要
本文以杨树菇为原料,采用高压脉冲电场提取杨树菇多糖。试验是在脉宽19.9%(电位器示数为370),脉冲频率297.6 Hz(电位器示数为790)的条件下,得到的最佳提取工艺为:电场强度20 kV·cm^(-1)、温度50℃、液料比35 mL·g^(-1)、蠕动泵速率70 mL·min^(-1),杨树菇多糖最高提取率可达28.29%。
In this paper, Agrocybe aegerita was used as raw material to extract polysaccharide by high-voltage pulsed electric field. The experiment was carried out under the conditions of pulse width 19.9%(potentiometer number 370) and pulse frequency 297.6Hz (potentiometer number 790). The optimal extraction process was as follows: electric field strength 20 kV·cm^-1, temperature 50 ℃, liquid-solid ratio 35 mL·g^-1, peristaltic pump rate 70 mL·min^-1. The highest extraction rate of polysaccharide from Agrocybe aegerita was 28.29%.
