摘要
基于"雨课堂"进行翻转教学,将现代教学手段应用到《食品标准与法规》的传统教学中,通过相关案例、文献、课件、视频和作业等资料的推送和课堂教学效果的实时监控,结合分组讨论、项目教学、案例教学以及大数据分析,提高了学生自主学习的积极性。在《食品标准与法规》课程中的教学实践证明,该方式极大地调动了学生的学习兴趣,提高了学习效率,教学效果较好。
The flipped teaching based on “rain classroom” applied modern teaching methods to the traditional teaching process of “food standard and regulations”. Through sending relevant cases, literature, courseware, video, homework to students before class, and real-time monitoring the teaching effect, and combining group discussion, project teaching, case teaching and big data analysis, the initiative of students in independent learning was improved. The teaching practice in the course of “food standards and regulations” proved that this method greatly aroused the students’ learning interest, improved the learning efficiency. And the teaching effect was better than before.
