摘要
近年来,随着共青团改革、教育综合改革的不断深入,以及学生社团的不断发展,共青团江苏省徐州市委在全市范围内进行了学生社团正向化发展的探索。由于改革措施比较合理,实现了学生社团职能、活动、队伍、服务及学联组织的联动,强化了各校社团联合和交流互动、骨干选拔和培训、机制建设和项目管理,促进了学生社团良性发展。同时,徐州学生社团正向化发展的实践也为未来相关探索提供了有益启示。这些启示主要有:增强引领,巩固思想意识工作领导权;激发活力,推动社团管理工作高效化;精准帮扶,彰显服务青年工作实效性。
In recent years,with the continuous reform of the Communist Youth League,the comprehensive reform of education and the continuous development of student associations,the Xuzhou Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League of Jiangsu Province has carried out the exploration of positive development of student associations throughout the city.Due to the reasonable reform measures,the linkages among functions,activities,teams,services and academic associations of the student associations have been realized,and then the joint and exchange interactions,backbone selection and training,mechanism construction and project management of the schools have been strengthened toward the positive direction.At the same time,it also provides useful enlightenment for future related exploration,which includes:strengthening leadership in ideological work;inspiring vitality to promote the efficiency of community management;providing accurate assistance to serve the youth.
