2014-2017年新疆喀什地区绵羊包虫病流行病学调查 被引量:10

Epidemiological Investigation on Echinococcosis in Kashgar of Xinjiang from 2014 to 2017

摘要 为掌握新疆喀什地区绵羊包虫病流行情况,为包虫病净化和综合防治提供依据,2014—2017年,采用屠宰场抽查和血清检测方法,对喀什地区绵羊棘球蚴感染情况、农牧民对包虫病的知晓情况进行调查。本次调查共抽查屠宰羊群的肝脏和肺脏各9 000份,发现棘球蚴感染1 120份,平均感染率为12.44%(1 120/9 000);肝脏感染956份,感染率为10.62%(956/9 000);肺脏感染164份,感染率为1.82%(164/9 000);塔什库尔干塔吉克自治县、叶城县、莎车县、疏附县、巴楚县和麦盖提县感染率显著高于其他县/市(P<0.05)。2014—2017年,共检测羊血清样品6 287份,发现包虫病抗体阳性率分别为23.33%、17.92%、18.42%和9.87%,2017年出现显著下降趋势(P<0.05)。当地居民和养殖户的包虫病防治知识知晓率均在30%以下。调查表明,喀什地区绵羊包虫病感染形势仍然很严峻,但流行状况正在逐步好转;该地养殖户和牧区居民对包虫病认知率偏低,包虫病防范意识不强。调查结果提示,政府需要继续加大包虫病防治投入,加强宣传教育,普及包虫病防治知识,加强犬只管理和驱虫,全面推行定点牛羊屠宰,有效控制包虫病流行,保障当地居民的身体健康和畜牧业发展。 In order to recognize the prevalence of echinococcosis in sheep in Kashgar,and to provide references for purification and comprehensive control over hydatidosis,the infection status of echinococcosis and the awareness of farmers and herdsmen were investigated by means of random inspection in slaughterhouses and serological test from 2014 to 2017. Livers and lungs with each of 9 000 samples collected from slaughtered sheep population were inspected,it was found that there were 1 120 infected samples with the average infection rate of 12.44%(1 120/ 9 000),including 956 infected livers with the infection rate of 10.62%(956/9 000),and 164 infected lungs with the infection rate of 1.82%(164/9 000). In addition,the infection rates in Taxkorgan Tajik Autonomous County,Yecheng County,Shache County,Shufu County,Bachu County and Maigaiti County were obviously higher than that in other counties/cities(P<0.05). A total of 6 287 sheep serum samples were detected,the positive rates of antibodies against echinococcosis were 23.33%,17.92%,18.42% and 9.87% respectively,which trended to decrease in 2017(P<0.05). The awareness rate of local residents and farmers relating to prevention and control of echinococcosis was less than 30%. It was investigated that the prevalence of the disease was gradually improved,though the situation was still serious in Kashgar;the awareness of local farmers and herdsmen was lower,which was insufficient to control echinococcosis. In view of the above problems,it was suggested that the control of echinococcosis should be strengthened by local government through promoting publicity,popularizing related knowledge on the control of echinococcosis,and strengthening management for dogs and their deworming, designating slaughterhouses for cattle and sheep,so as to effectively control echinococcosis and to safeguard the health of local residents and the development of animal husbandry.
