摘要 小绞车地轨运输的方式在煤矿中较为常见,该运输方式运输环节复杂,而且占用的作业人员较多,效率较低,安全隐患大。针对这一难题,孟家窑煤矿对综采工作面辅助运输系统进行了优化改进,利用安全性能好、运输效率高的DX80防爆型蓄电池单轨吊机车替代原来的运输方式,在保证煤矿安全生产和促进运输效率方面具有重大的现实意义。 Small winch rail transportation is more common in coal mines,which not only has more complex transport links,but also needs more operators,with low efficiency and high risks.In response to this problem,Mengjiayao Coal Mine has optimized and improved the auxiliary transportation system of fully mechanized mining face,and replaced the original transportation mode with monorail crane DX80 with explosion-proof storage battery.It is of great practical significance in ensuring coal mine safety production and promoting transportation efficiency.
