摘要 针对船式拖拉机悬挂液压系统因油温过高而影响作业效率问题,构建船式拖拉机悬挂液压系统AMESim热平衡仿真模型,通过对原有系统仿真结果与理论计算结果进行对比,来验证系统热仿真模型的正确性。根据仿真结果对原有悬挂液压系统进行优化设计,使其满足系统散热要求。试验验证,该方法有效,对液压系统热平衡研究具有借鉴意义。 In the light of the influence of the high oil temperature in the boat-type tractor suspension hydraulic system on the work efficiency,AMESim thermal balance simulation model of the marine tractor suspension hydraulic system is constructed.The original system simulation results are compared with those of the theoretical calculation results to verify the correctness of the system thermal simulation model.According to the simulation results,the original suspension hydraulic system is optimized to meet the requirements for system cooling.The experiments show the effectiveness of the method,which can be used as reference for the study of hydraulic system heat balance.
