摘要 分析了某石化延迟焦化富气压缩机造成防喘振阀关不严的几个原因,结合现场实际性能试验,绘制压缩机性能曲线,确定了造成压缩机防喘振阀关不严的原因。重新修改压缩机数据表,最终换转子,彻底解决了防喘振阀关不严的故障,节能效果显著。 The purpose of this paper is to analyze several reasons for the lax control of the anti-surge valve caused by a petrochemical delayed coking gas-rich compressor, and to draw the performance curve of the compressor through the actual performance test in the field, and to determine the reason for the lax anti-surge valve of the compressor. Modify the compressor datasheet, and eventually change the rotor,completely solve the anti-surge valve is not strict failure, energy-saving effect is significant.
