库尔勒香梨短果枝花序不同序位维管束与萼片脱落关系的研究 被引量:4

Study on Relationship between Vascular Bundle and Sepal Abscission in Different Orders of Inflorescences on Short Fruiting Branches of Korla Fragrant Pear

摘要 以库尔勒香梨为试材,比较了花期短果枝上不同序位梨果柄、胴部和萼筒维管束数目和面积的变化,并对其相应序位的果实脱萼率进行了分析。结果表明:随着花序序位升高,库尔勒香梨果实的脱萼率呈增加趋势;从大蕾期到末花期,第1序位维管束数目和面积呈增加趋势,第2、3、4和5序位维管束数目和面积表现为先增加后降低趋势(除第2序位胴部和萼筒维管束面积呈增加趋势外);在相同物候期条件下,维管束数目和面积大小均表现为第1序位>第2序位>第3序位>第4序位>第5序位;脱萼率与果柄维管束数目呈极显著负相关,与胴部维管束数目、萼筒维管束数目、胴部维管束面积和萼筒维管束面积呈显著负相关。 The changes in the number and area of vascular bundles in different orders of fruit stalk, equator and calyx tube on short fruiting branches of Korla fragrant pear at flowering stage were compared, and the sepal abscission rates of different orders of pear fruits were analyzed. The sepal abscission rate of Korla fragrant pear fruits showed an increasing trend along with the rising of inflorescence order position. From large flower-bud stage to final flowering stage, the number and area of vascular bundles in the first order revealed an increasing trend, while the number and area of vascular bundles in the second, third, fourth and fifth orders all exhibited the trend of first increasing and then declining(except that the area of vascular bundles in the second order of equator and calyx tube showed a rising trend). Under the same phenological conditions, both the number and the area of vascular bundles had the following sequence: the first order> the second order> the third order> the fourth order> the fifth order. The sepal abscission rate of pear fruits was very significantly negatively correlated with the number of vascular bundles in fruit stalk, and was significantly negatively correlated with the number and area of vascular bundles in both equator and calyx tube.
