摘要
通过试验研究粉胶比对沥青胶浆流变性能的影响,并进一步分析沥青胶浆对沥青混合料性能的影响。试验结果表明:沥青胶浆的复数模量、车辙因子、劲度模量、蠕变速率与粉胶比存在函数关系;矿粉过多将会给沥青胶浆低温性能、疲劳性能带来不利影响,随着粉胶比增大,混合料动稳定度增大、高温性能增强,但沥青混合料的最大破坏应变减小、低温抗裂性能降低。因此在实际工程运用沥青混合料要充分考虑粉胶比的选择。
The effect of the powder-cement ratio on the rheological property of asphalt paste has been researched to analyze the effect of asphalt paste on the performance of asphalt mixture. The results show that there is a functional relationship between the complex modulus, rutting factor, stiffness modulus, creep speed and the powder-cement ratio. Too much mineral powder will bring adverse effect on cryogenic and fatigue property of asphalt mortar. With the increase of powder-cement ratio, the dynamic stability of the mixture increases and its elevated temperature property increases, but the maximum failure strain of the asphalt mixture decreases and anti-crack resistance in low temperature decreases. Therefore, the choice of powder-cement ratio should be fully considered in the practical engineering.
