摘要
为了研究不锈钢AOD渣胶凝性能,采用不锈钢AOD渣代替部分水泥,研究其对水泥胶砂的工作性能、力学性能影响。结果表明:用不锈钢AOD渣从0~50%代替水泥,随着不锈钢AOD渣掺量的增加,水泥的标准稠度用水量先减小后增加,当掺量为30%时,不锈钢AOD渣起到的减水效应最好;随着不锈钢AOD渣掺入量的增加,水泥胶砂强度依次降低,说明不锈钢AOD渣的胶凝活性较小。
In order to study the coagulation properties of stainless steel AOD slag,it adopts stainless steel AOD slag instead of some cement to study its effect on the performance and mechanical properties of cement sand.Results show that the AOD of stainless steel slag from 0~50% instead of cement,with the increase of AOD stainless steel slag content,cement′s normal consistency water consumption increased after decreased first,when the dosage of 30%,water reducing effect of stainless steel slag AOD have best.With the increase of the incorporation of stainless steel AOD slag,the strength of cement mortar decreases,indicating that the gel of stainless steel AOD slag is less active.
