摘要
文章针对高职生缺乏科学休闲理念以及存在不良心理倾向、学校休闲教育课程太少等困惑,提出应增强休闲理论的研究、休闲课程的建设及休闲活动设计等,以提升高职生休闲教育质量,使高职生得到更好的生命关怀。
In view of the higher vocational students lack scientific idea of leisure and adverse psychological tendency of leisure education and school curriculum too little confusion,the paper proposed that we should enhance the research of leisure theory and leisure course construction and the design of the recreational activity,to enhance the quality of leisure education of higher vocational students,helps students get a better life.
