摘要
为解决玻璃纤维增强复合材料(GFRP)的产品质量问题,开展了GFRP材料导弹发射箱箱体环筋侧铣工艺实验研究。研究分析了铣削参数、铣削方式等因素对GFRP材料表面质量的影响。实验与分析结果表明,主轴转速与进给速度对GFRP材料加工表面质量的影响存在拐点,在这个拐点附近不但可以获得理想的表面质量而且切削效率高;顺铣时,GFRP材料表面质量明显优于逆铣;切深对GFRP材料表面质量的影响不显著,一般在不考虑切削效率情况下,可选取a_p=0.5~0.8mm。
In order to solve the product quality problem of glass fiber reinforced composites(GFRP), an experimental study on the side milling process of ring ribs of GFRP missile launching box was carried out.The effects of milling parameters and milling methods on the surface quality of GFRP materials were studied and analyzed. The experimental and analysis results show that the spindle speed and feed speed have an inflection point on the surface quality of the GFRP material, which can not only obtain the ideal surface quality but also the highest cutting efficiency near the point;and a better surface roughness can beobtained by down milling;the effect of cutting depth on the surface quality of GFRP material is not obvious. Generally, ap=0.5~0.8 mm can be selected without considering the cutting efficiency.
