基于自我导向学习的教师专业化发展的现状与思考——以平顶山市小学教师为例 被引量:2

Current Situation and Consideration of Teachers' Professional Development Based on Self-directed Learning——A Case Study of Pingdingshans' Primary School Teachers

摘要 教师专业化的发展是一个持续的过程,然而传统单一的教师培训形式在终身学习的社会并不能完全满足教师的学习需求,因此,自我导向学习逐渐成为教师专业化发展的主要形式。本研究通过问卷调查和访谈等形式研究了河南省平顶山市多所小学教师自我导向学习的现状及对专业发展的影响,找出影响小学教师进行自我导向学习的因素。研究发现,小学教师自我导向学习能力中等偏上,且自我导向学习对教师专业化发展有很大作用。根据调查结果提出了进一步促进教师自我导向学习的策略:教师应树立自我导向学习的观念和意识,培养自我导向学习的能力;学校及相关教育部门应为教师的自我导向学习提供丰富的资源、营造良好的学习氛围和开展个性化的教师培训。 The development of teacher professionalization is a continuous process,but the traditional single form of teacher training can not fully meet the learning needs of teachers in the society of lifelong learning.Therefore,teachers self-directed learning has gradually become a new form of learning.Through questionnaires and interviews,this study explores the current situation of self-directed learning of primary school teachers in Pingdingshan,Henan province,and its impact on professional development,as well as the factors affecting the self-directed learning of primary school teachers.The study finds that the self-directed learning ability of primary school teachers is above average/in the upper middle,and self-directed learning plays a very important role in teachers professional development.According to the results of the survey,the strategies to further promote teachers self-directed learning are put forward:teachers should establish the concept,develop consciousness of self-directed learning and cultivate self-directed learning ability;schools and relevant education departments should provide abundant resources for teachers self-directed learning,and create a good learning atmosphere,develop individualized teacher training.
