摘要
广西民族地区社会治理法治化水平的提高,不仅在于政府的主导,还要积极发挥社会组织的作用。事实证明社会组织在社会治理中能与政府起到较好的互补作用。近年来,社会组织在协调社会纠纷和矛盾,动员民众积极参与社会治理、部分分担政府职能等方面的作用日益凸显。因此,要进一步推动社会组织建设,提升广西民族地区社会治理法治化水平。
The improvement of the legalization level of social governance in Guangxi’s ethnic minority areas lies not only in the government’s leading role, but also in the active role of social organizations. Facts have been proved that social organizations can play a better complementary role in social governance for the government. In recent years,social organizations have coordinated disputes and contradictions among people, actively mobilized the broad masses of people to actively participate in social governance and partially share government’s responsibilities. So it is necessary to further promote the construction of social organizations and enhance the level of social governance in ethnic minority areas of Guangxi.
