结晶沉积组织细胞增多症1例 被引量：1

摘要 结晶沉积组织细胞增多症,亦称结晶储存性组织细胞增多症(crystal-storing histiocytosis,CSH),是免疫球蛋白轻链结晶在巨噬细胞或组织细胞胞浆之溶酶体内异常堆积而成,常见于浆细胞恶性肿瘤(plasma cell neoplasms,PCN),尤其是淋巴浆细胞骨髓瘤、成熟B淋巴细胞增殖性疾病[1-2]。
