摘要
在电力企业管理过程中,内部控制的构建起着极其重要的作用,因此电力企业需对内部控制体系建设引起充分的重视,努力构建完善的内部控制体系。本文从以风险管理为核心的内部控制的重要作用以及存在问题进行分析,最后提出了电力企业管理内部控制措施。
In the process of power enterprise management, the construction of internal control plays an extremely important role. Therefore, power companies need to pay full attention to the construction of internal control system and strive to build a sound internal control system. This paper analyzes the important role and existing problems of internal control with risk management as the core, and finally puts forward the internal control measures for power enterprise management.
