摘要
在高电压等级电容器测试中经常会遇到现场环境影响、电压干扰、信号不稳情况,影响实际试验数据。本文运用较为简捷的方法对测试数据进行纵向和横向比较,对同一设备,不同相及不同测试方法的数据进行横向比较,删除反接法测的超标电容值和正接法测的负介损值,比较各相之间的误差大小;对数据与历史数据或原始数据进行纵向比较,并且与国家标准进行核对,得出较为真实合格的数值。同时深入分析干扰的形成和造成错误测试值的原因,从而验证纵横向比较法的可行性。可用于电力系统高压试验人员在进行220kV以上电容设备试验,进行数据分析做参考。
In the high voltage class capacitor test, the field environment, voltage interference, and signal instability are often encountered, which affects the actual test data. This paper uses a relatively simple method to compare the test data vertically and horizontally. Using the vertical and horizontal comparison method and horizontal comparison, compare the data of the same equipment, different phases and different test methods, and delete the over-standard capacitance value and positive connection of the reverse connection method. The negative dielectric loss value of the method is compared, and the error between the phases is compared;in the vertical comparison, the data is longitudinally compared with the historical data or the original data, and the national standard is checked to obtain a more authentic value. At the same time, the feasibility of the vertical and horizontal comparison method is verified by in-depth analysis of the formation of interference and the cause of the wrong test value. It can be used in power system high voltage test personnel to conduct capacitance test of 220 kV or above and conduct data analysis for reference.
