摘要
介绍了切边剪的工作原理,分析了酸轧线IF钢切边毛刺的生产原因。通过合理划分预设表中的厚度区间、碳当量区间,并优化部分刀隙和重叠量设定值,使IF钢切边缺陷率平均由5.12%降到0.5%,有效减少了切边毛刺的产生,在降低经济损失的同时减轻了操作人员的劳动负荷。
The working principle of trimming shear is introduced, and causes for trimming burr of IF steel in acid rolling line are analyzed. By reasonably dividing the thickness interval and carbon equivalent interval in the preset table, optimizing the setting values of some cutter clearances and overlaps, the average edge-cutting defect rate of IF steel is reduced from 5.12% to about 0.5%, which effectively reduces the occurrence of edge-cutting burrs, reduces the economic losses and labor load of operators.
