初中班主任形象与管理绩效实证研究

摘要 为了考察初中班主任形象与班级管理绩效的关系,对XH中学发放调查问卷进行实证研究。分析发现,被调查初中生对班主任的形象评价处于中高等水平,班级管理绩效也较高,在性别、是否为学生干部、父母工作部门、父母学历等变量上存在显著差异,在理想班主任形象与班级管理绩效之间存在显著的正相关关系。良好的班主任形象能够促进班级工作,提高班主任工作绩效。 In order to investigate the relationship between the image of head teacher and the performance of class management in junior high schools,this paper makes an empirical study by a questionnaire issued in XH middle school.Through the analysis,it is found that the junior high school students evaluate of the class teacher with a middle or higher level,the class management performance is quite high.The evaluation of head teacher is significantly related to the gender,the position of student who is or isn't a cadre,the departments where their parents are worked,education level of their parents,and there is a significant positive correlation between class teacher image and class management performance.That is,a good head teacher image can promote better class work,thereby improve the performance of the class teacher.
