摘要
西藏民主改革60年来,中央政府根据西藏的实际情况以"慎重稳进"的态度,以马克思主义宗教理论与西藏宗教实际相结合制定的各项宗教政策在西藏得到践行。《中华人民共和国宪法》规定,宗教信仰自由是公民的一项基本权利。中国共产党在西藏全面贯彻党的宗教工作基本方针,实行宗教信仰自由政策,依法管理宗教事务,坚持独立自主自办原则,积极引导宗教与社会主义社会相适应,使西藏各族人民的宗教信仰自由权益得到充分尊重和空前保障,西藏宗教的面貌发生了历史性变化。
In the process of the historical development for democratic reform in Tibet over the past 60 years,according to the actual situation of Tibet and with the attitude of"stability",the Chinese government has fully implemented all kinds of religious policies in Tibet that are based on Marxist religious theories combined with the reality of Tibet.The constitution of China that provides the freedom of religious belief is a basic civil right.The communist party of China in Tibet fully implements the party's basic principle on the work related to religions,adopts the policy of freedom of religious belief,handles religious affairs according to law,adheres to the principle of independence and self-governance,and actively guides religions to adapt themselves to the socialist society.The civil right of the freedom of religious belief of people of all ethnic groups in Tibet is fully respected and unprecedented securitized.Historic changes and remarkable achievements have been made in religions in Tibet.
