摘要 针对国内通用航空不安全事件致因因素统计数据有限和部分指标难以量化的问题,基于层次分析—熵权法进行主客观组合赋权并得到各个风险指标权重,构建通用航空运行风险评估体系.研究结果表明,该评价方法对通用航空运行风险研究具备适用性和科学性,能够真实反映通航运行风险现状.结合研究结果,提出保障通用航空运行安全相关建议可为通用航空运行风险的分析、管理和决策提供参考. Aiming at the problems of the limited statistical data of domestic general aviation insecurity events causes and the difficulty of quantifying some indicators,the subjective and objective combination weight was used to obtain the weight of each indicator based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and entropy weight method,and the general aviation operation risk assessment system was constructed.The results reflect that general aviation operation risk research is applicable and scientific.Combined with the research results,the relevant suggestions to ensure the safety of general aviation operations were put forward,which can provide reference for the analysis,management and decision-making of general aviation operational risks.
