摘要
目的:探索简便高效的盘点方法,提高药房药品账物相符率。方法:使用Microsoft Office Excel电子表格随机公式功能,月末随机抽取部分品种进行盘点,并结合定期全面盘点,对西成药房进行盘点。结果:抽样盘点节省时间、数据准确可靠,与全面盘点互补,能够提高盘点工作效率和药房药品账物相符率。结论:抽样盘点结合全面盘点便捷、高效,可供其他医疗机构参考。
Objective:To explore a simple and efficient inventory method and improve the compliance of accounts and drugs in pharmacy.Methods:We use Microsoft Office Excel to randomly select some varieties for inventory at the end of the month,combined with periodic comprehensive inventory,make an inventory of drugs in pharmacy.Results:The sampling inventory saves time,of which the data is accurate and reliable,complementary to the overall inventory,and can improve the inventory efficiency and the drug account consistency rate.Conclusions:The method that sampling and comprehensive inventory is convenient and efficient,and can be used for reference by other medical institutions.
