摘要
该文通过对2种结构方案土建建安成本经济效益进行测算,混凝土剪力墙结构方案建安成本较低,但钢框架支撑结构方案的经济效益比混凝土纯剪力墙结构要高。综合建安成本和经济效益2个角度进行比较,2种方案的综合效益基本相等,而钢结构建筑还具有不可替代的环境效益和社会效益。探讨目前制约钢结构住宅发展的诸多问题,分析解决这些问题的方法和思路,为今后高烈度地区项目结构方案的选择提供参考意见。
In this paper,the cost and economic benefits of the civil construction and installation of two structure schemes are calculated.The construction and installation cost of concrete shear wall structure scheme is lower,but the economic benefit of steel frame support structure scheme is higher than that of concrete shear wall structure.Comparing from the construction and installation cost and the economic and economic benefits,the comprehensive benefits of the two schemes are basically equal,and the steel structure also has irreplaceable environmental and social benefits.Finally,this paper will also explore many problems that restrict the development of steel structure housing,analyze the methods and ideas to solve these problems,and provide reference for the selection of structure plans in high intensity areas in the future.
