摘要
目的探讨拇趾腓侧游离皮瓣修复单手指指腹缺损的临床疗效。方法采用拇趾腓侧游离皮瓣修复30例单手指指腹缺损,缺损面积2. 5 cm×1. 5 cm～3. 5 m×3. 0 cm,皮瓣切取面积稍大于指腹缺损面积。结果术后皮瓣全部成活。患者均获得随访,时间12个月。皮瓣质地、弹性及手指外形良好,具有保护性感觉和排汗功能。结论拇趾腓侧游离皮瓣修复单手指指腹缺损,疗效满意。
Objective To study the clinical effect of the first toe fibular free flap for the repair of single finger abdominal defect. Methods The 30 cases of single finger abominal defect were repaired with the first toe fibular free flap, the defect area was 2.5 cm×1.5 cm^3.5 cm×3.0 cm.The cut area of the flap was larger than that of the finger pulp defect. Results All flaps survived after operation. Patients were followed up for 12 months. Skin flap texture, elasticity and finger shape were good,with functions of protective sensation and sweat. Conclusions Free first toe fibular free flap that is used to repair of single finger abdominal defect get satisfactory effect.
