摘要
2014年教育部《关于全面深化课程改革落实立德树人根本任务的意见》首次提出"核心素养体系",由此启动了新一轮课程改革,从三维目标到核心素养,基础教育改革逐步深化。在核心素养视域下的教育改革中,教师教学能力是关键因素,是促进学生核心素养发展的有效保障,这对师范院校提出了新的挑战。在师范生培养过程中,应以学生全面发展为目标,以师范生的教学能力为核心,构建开放兼容的课程体系,学术性和师范性兼容,改革教学内容和方法,实现人才培养规格与基础教育对接。
In the Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Fully Deepening the Curriculum Reform and Implementing the Fundamental Task of Lide-Shuren in 2014,the "Core Literacy System" was first put forward,which initiated a new round of curriculum reform and gradually deepened the reform of basic education from three-dimensional objectives to core literacy.In the education reform from the perspective of core literacy,teachers' teaching skill is the key factor and the effective guarantee to promote the development of students' core literacy,which poses new challenges to normal universities.In the process of training normal students,we should take the overall development of students as the goal,the teaching skills of normal students as the core,construct an open and compatible curriculum system,compatible with academic and normal education,reform teaching contents and methods,and realize the combination of talents training specifications and basic education.
