摘要
红外伪装涂料的光学波段光谱曲线应与背景的光谱曲线尽量接近,同时应具有较低的表面发射率,能与背景的红外辐射相适应。制备了几种不同的红外伪装涂料,分别制成不同厚度的涂层,并测定了涂层的光谱反射率及红外发射率。制备的涂料在光学波段具有较好的伪装性能,在涂层厚度为0.1 mm时的红外发射率为0.811。
The optical band spectral curve of the infrared camouflage coating should be as close as possible to the background spectral curve,and should have a low surface emissivity and be compatible with the background infrared radiation.Several different infrared camouflage coatings were prepared and made into coatings of different thicknesses.The spectral reflectance and infrared emissivity of the coating were measured.The prepared coatings have good camouflage performance in the optical band,and the infrared emissivity is 0.811 when the coating thickness is 0.1 mm.
