摘要
《杂譬喻经》中存在许多疑难字词,我们这里所说的疑难字词是指文中意义不明、不合前后文意的字词。这些疑难字词大多由版本异文造成,还有的由佛典汉译讹传导致。考释疑难字词有利于疏通文意,整理出较为真实可靠的文本。本文选取后汉支娄迦译的《杂譬喻经》(1卷),后秦鸠摩罗什译的《杂譬喻经》(1卷),后汉失译的《杂譬喻经》(2卷)及吴康僧会译的《旧杂譬喻经》中六处疑难字词进行考释。
There are many difficult words in the Sutra of Miscellaneous metaphors. The difficult words here refer to the words that constitute the language barrier in the text. Most of these difficult words are caused by different versions of the text,and others are caused by the Chinese translation of Buddhist scriptures. The explanation of difficult words is helpful to clear up the meaning of the text and to sort out the more authentic and reliable text. In this paper,we choose seven difficult words in The Sutra of Miscellaneous Metaphors(1 volume)translated by ZhiLoujia in the Eastern Han Dynasty,The Sutra of Miscellaneous Metaphors(1 volume)translated by Hatotomorosi in the later Qin dynasty,the lost translation of The Sutra of Miscellaneous Metaphors in the later Han Dynasty(2 volumes)and that of Wu dynasty Kang Sung’s translation of The Old Sutra of Miscellaneous Metaphors translated by Kang Sung in the Wu Dynasty.
