摘要
采用陶瓷膜作为主核心元件,与石灰法相结合,开发一套一体式陶瓷膜石灰法水处理设备。中试化评价表明,设备可以有效降低水的总硬度和总磷、总碱等含量,使得产水水质满足反渗透进水水质要求;设备运行指标重复性、稳定性较好,对陶瓷板表面的污染物具有一定的控制作用。一体式陶瓷膜石灰法水处理设备规避了传统的反渗透膜预处理工艺和石灰法环节复杂、占地面积大和资金成本高等瓶颈。设备的中试化评价工作为后续的中试放大和工业化生产奠定了基础。
By using ceramic membrane as the main core component and combining with lime process,a set of integrated lime process water treatment equipment with ceramic membrane is developed.The pilot-scale evaluation shows that the equipment can effectively reduce the total hardness,content of total phosphorus and total alkali in water,and can make the water quality meet the quality requirements of reverse osmosis influent water.The equipment has good repeatability and stability,and has a certain control effect on the pollutants beyond the surface of ceramic membrane.The integrated lime water treatment equipment with ceramic membrane avoids the bottlenecks,i.e.complexity,large area occupation and high capital cost,of traditional reverse osmosis membrane pretreatment process and lime process.The pilot-scale evaluation of the equipment lays a foundation for subsequent pilot-scale enlargement and industrial production.
