摘要
目的:调查分析呼吸内科患者经临床药师用药教育的用药依从性,探讨用药教育的有效性和必要性。方法:对我院呼吸内科接受用药教育的200例住院患者进行用药依从性问卷调查,并选取200例未接受用药教育的住院患者作为对照组。同时统计分析两组用药依从性的影响因素。结果:接受用药教育组,用药依从性明显高于对照组(*P<0.01)。用药依从性受疾病因素、药物因素、认知程度、药品价钱等多种因素的影响。结论:用药依从性对慢性病的治疗和康复至关重要,呼吸内科患者用药依从性影响因素众多,实施用药教育能显著提高合理用药水平,提高药物治疗作用。
Objective:To investigate the effectiveness and necessity of Medication education,to discuss the efficacy and necessity of usingeducation.Methods:200 inpatients receiving education in the department of respiratory medicine of our hospital were investigated byquestionnaire on drug compliance,and 200 inpatients who did not receive education were selected as the control. At the same time,theinfluencing factors of drug compliance in the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results:Patients in the education group showedsignificantly higher drug compliance than those in the control group(*P<0.01). Patients’ medication compliance is affected by manyfactors,such as disease factor,drug factor,patient’s cognition degree,drug price and so on.Conclusion:Drug compliance is of greatimportance to the treatment and rehabilitation of patients with chronic diseases. There are many factors influencing drug compliance ofpatients in the department of respiratory medicine.
