糖尿病应用不同糖皮质激素和胰岛素的治疗效果观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨使用不同糖皮质激素治疗原发疾病的糖尿病患者的胰岛素治疗方案。方法:选取2015年6月耀2016年12月,于我院风湿免疫科、血液科、内分泌科、感染科收治的确诊需要使用糖皮质激素治疗原发疾病的2型糖尿病患者96例,随机分为观察组(n=48)和对照组(n=48)。观察组采用甲强龙治疗,对照组采用强的松治疗,两组均采用三餐前皮下注射门冬胰岛素(诺和锐笔芯)加晚上基础胰岛素(甘精胰岛素)降糖治疗方案。观察对比运用糖皮质激素后血糖升高情况,以及胰岛素治疗方案调整后血糖控制效果。结果:应用糖皮质激素后观察组午餐后血糖峰值低于对照组,组间比较存在显著差异,P<0.05。晚餐后观察组血糖峰值高于对照组,存在显著差异,P<0.05。观察组调整后空腹血糖和餐后血糖均低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:应用门冬胰岛素加基础胰岛素治疗不同糖皮质激素引起的糖尿病患者血糖波动效果好。
