摘要
目的探讨内镜窄带成像电子染色技术在上消化道早期癌症筛查的应用效果及相应护理配合。方法 2015年1月至2017年6月从我县76万名城区常住40～69岁居民中选取3000名作为研究对象,进行免费消化道内镜窄带成像电子染色检查及活体组织病理学检查。观察内镜窄带成像电子染色技术在上消化道早期癌症筛查的应用效果并总结护理配合方法。结果我院2015年1月至2017年12月共检查完成3000名调查对象,任务完成率100%。经内镜窄带成像电子染色技术筛查出上消化道早期癌症32例,其中胃癌17例,检出率0. 57%;食管癌15例,检出率0. 5%。结论内镜窄带成像电子染色技术能早期发现、早期诊断上消化道癌;在进行内镜窄带成像电子染色检查操作过程中,护理配合至关重要。
Objective To explore the application effect of endoscopic narrow-band imaging electronic staining technique in early cancer screening of upper digestive tract and corresponding nursing cooperation. Methods To select 3,000 residents from the 760,000 residents with the age between 40 to 69 years old who lived in the urban districts of our county from January 2015 to June 2017 as the study subjects. They all received free gastrointestinal endoscopy narrow-band imaging electronic staining and biopsy. Then we observed the application effect of endoscopic narrow-band imaging electronic staining technique in early cancer screening of upper digestive tract and summarized the nursing cooperation method. Results A total of 3,000 respondents were checked in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017, and the task completion rate was 100%. By applying endoscopic narrow-band imaging electronic staining technique, a total of 32 cases of early gastrointestinal cancer were screened, including 17 cases of gastric cancer with the detection rate of 0.57%, and 15 cases of esophageal cancer with the detection rate of 0.5%. Conclusion Applying endoscopic narrow-band imaging electronic staining technology can detect and diagnose early digestive tract cancer as early as possible. During the process of endoscopic narrow-band imaging electronic staining, the nursing cooperation is very important.
