摘要
产品工艺性设计是产品设计中的重要一环,零件不但需要满足设计要求,而且应该具有良好的机械加工工艺性。如果零件工艺性不好,一方面会造成加工困难;另一方面,零件质量也无法得到保障。对加工阶段产品工艺性进行研究,详细分析产品工艺性对加工质量及加工效率的影响。
Product process design is an important part of product design. Parts need not only meet design requirements,but also have good machining processability. If the parts are not technically good, it will cause processing difficulties on the one hand;on the other hand, the quality of the parts cannot be guaranteed. The processability of the product in the processing stage was studied, and the influence of product processability on the processing quality and processing efficiency was analyzed in detail.
