摘要
溃疡性结肠炎是一种病因不明的慢性非特异性肠道炎症,中医药治疗其缓解期有一定的优势。谢晶日教授运用中医辨证思维诊疗本病,疗效颇为显著。谢师认为缓解期溃疡性结肠炎以脾肾阳虚为发病之本,湿热、气滞、血瘀为疾病之宿根。因此,在治疗上,谢师强调"温肾健脾,固本培元"以贯穿始末,同时兼有"祛湿清热,升阳止泻","疏肝理气,活血化瘀"以消诱因等治疗特色。
Remission of ulcerative colitis in clinical with spleen-kidney Yang deficiency is more common. Professor XIE Jing,the use of traditional Chinese medicine theory of diagnosis and treatment of this disease,excellent efficacy. Teacher XIE thinks that this disease of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency,spleen deficiency if time will not more prone to dampness,dampness heat accumulation in the intestines,stagnation of Qi,Qi and blood stagnation,Qi stagnation,blood stasis and damp heat,the formation of pathological factors into active stage. Therefore,in the treatment,the teacher XIE stressed that "warming the kidney and strengthening the spleen" to throughout the whole disease,at the same time,"removing dampness and clearing heat,raising Yang and stopping diarrhea" and "soothing liver and regulating Qi,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis" to eliminate other causes of manifesting therapeutic features.
