摘要
针对包头地区配电网工程改造停电频繁与供电可靠性要求严格之间的突出矛盾,包头供电局提出应用移动变电站接带受电网改造影响负荷的方案。通过在110kV和平变电站和110kV南排变电站改造工程中应用,使得城市中心变电站内开关柜及主变压器改造项目能够顺利实施。移动变电站的应用,实现了带电设备的有效隔离,缩短了用户平均停电时间,提高了供电可靠性,为不间断供电提供了新的解决途径。
In view of the prominent contradiction between frequent blackouts in the transformation of distribution network projects and strict requirements for reliability of power supply in Baotou area,through exploration and practice in renovation project of 110 kV Heping substation and 110 kV Nanpai substation,this paper puts forward a scheme of applying mobile substation to take loads affected by power grid transformation.The application of the substation realizes the effective isolation of live equipment,shortens the average power off time,improves the power supply reliability and provides a new solution for uninterrupted power supply.
