摘要
工作面过空巷是采掘活动中常见的现象,过空巷期间矿压剧烈极易发生顶板事故。文章提出了一种新型的巷道支护技术,即泵送支柱,它具有支撑面积大、强度高、可切割、让压变形能力强等特点,在蓝家塔煤矿12301工作面进行工业试验后,结果表明,有让压层的泵送支柱技术能够保证工作面安全顺利通过空巷。
Overhead lane is a common phenomenon in mining activities.During overpass lane,mine pressure is extremely prone to roof accidents.This paper proposes a new type of roadway support technology,namely pump support,which has the characteristics of large supporting area,high strength,strong cutting ability,and strong compression deformation ability.After the industrial test on the 12301 face of the Lanjiata coal mine,the results show that there is a pressure layer pump to send the pillar technology to ensure that the work face safely and smoothly through the empty lane.
