摘要
首先分析讨论了低开关频率下的脉宽调制策略,引入一种省去坐标变换和扇区鉴定的空间矢量脉宽调制简化算法,来搭建SVPWM仿真模型,接着对两电平电压源型逆变器的功率损耗组成做了研究,以SVPWM技术为例提出各部分损耗的数学计算公式。在此基础上,在Matlab/Simulink平台搭建逆变器损耗模型进行仿真研究,并利用Matlab编程对逆变器损耗进行计算,验证所建立的损耗模型的可行性。深入分析了两电平电压源型逆变器在空间矢量脉宽调制、零矢量集中SVPWM策略下的功率损耗。最后基于该损耗模型剖析了调制比及开关频率分别对两电平电压源型逆变器功率损耗大小和效率的影响。
Firstly,the pulse width modulation strategy with low switching frequency is analyzed and discussed.A simplified algorithm of space vector pulse width modulation,which eliminates coordinate transformation and sector identification,is proposed to build SVPWM simulation model.Then,the power loss of the two-level voltage source inverter has been studied,and the mathematical formula of the loss of each part is put forward by SVPWM technology.On the basis of this,the inverter loss model is set up in Matlab/Simulink platform for simulation research,and the feasibility of the loss model is verified by Matlab programming.The power loss of two-level voltage source inverter in space vector pulse width modulation and SVPWM strategy in zero vector concentration is analyzed.Finally,the influence of modulation ratio and switching frequency on power loss and efficiency of two voltage source inverters are analyzed.
