摘要
提出了临涣选煤厂采用S-3GHMC870/410新型原煤重介质旋流器替换原有旋流器的改造方案,介绍了该型旋流器的结构特征、工作原理及主要特点,分析了选煤厂入洗原料煤的粒度组成及工艺指标;改造实践表明,新型旋流器具有处理能力大、电耗低、入料上限高、排矸能力强、分离精度高、分选可能偏差小、数量效率高的优良工艺效果。
This paper proposes the reconstruction plan of replacing the existing cyclone with new S?3GHMC870 / 410 raw coal heavy medium cyclone in Linhuan Coal Preparation Plant, and introduces the structural features, the working principle and main characterristics of this new type of cyclone. The size consist of raw coal and the process index of the coal preparation plant are analyzed. The reconstruction practice shows that the new type of cyclone has excellent process results, such as large processing capacity, low power consumption, high feed top size, strong refuse removing capacity, high separation precision and low EP value, high organic efficiency.
