摘要
国内与国际发展格局不断变化的新时代背景为中国经济带来严峻考验与挑战,而西部民族地区作为发展不充分的国内经济重要组成部分,被时代赋予了新的发展内涵和发展要求。并要求我们能够与之相适应地重新认识西部民族地区的发展地位,即以自身发展、开放的国内市场为基础,借力支撑"一带一路"枢纽建设的目标导向,建构中国对内对外双向拓展的地缘关系和良好秩序。以此,建构并充分发挥西部民族地区经济发展开放互动的结构功能,利用这一结构的稳定、可持续、联动,以及具有比较优势和升级潜能的特点,提高西部民族地区的经济发展能力和水平,以此形成内联与外展的双向联动平衡。
The continuous changes in domestic and international development patterns have brought challenges to China’s economy.As an important part of the underdeveloped domestic economy,the western minority areas have been given new development connotations and development requirements by the times.It requires us to reconsider the development status of the western minority areas,that is,on the basis of self-development and open domestic market,by the goal of promoting the construction of the"Belt and Road",to construct China’s geographical relationship and good order for two-way expansion of internal and external.Construct and give full play to the structural function of economic development,opening and interaction in the western minority areas,improve the level of economic development in the western minority areas,so as to form a two-way linkage balance between inline and outreach.
