摘要
偶氮废水成分复杂、有机物浓度高、难降解等特点,是难以处理的工业废水之一。本研究采用电催化-光化组合物化技术,以活性黄染料为处理对象,对模拟染料废水的处理优化条件进行探究。在一定电压条件下,考察了溶液初始pH值、电解质NaCl浓度、染液温度,以及染液流速对电解处理效果的影响;处理后的废水继续进行紫外光汞灯光化降解处理。研究结果表明,在pH=4、C_(Nacl)=0.2g/L、T=20℃、V=65.46ul/min、t_(光化)=30mins的条件下,活性黄模拟染料废水的脱色率达95%,COD去除率达67%。
Dye wastewater containing azo is defined as one of the most difficult industrial wastewater to be treated effectively on account of its complex composition、high concentration of organic compounds and concentration of refractory organics.This project used the combination technology of electrocatalysis and photochemical to treat dye wastewater containing reactive yellow in order to figure out the optimum treatment conditions of analogue dye wastewater.The effects of initial pH value of solution,concentration of electrolyte,temperature of dye wastewater and flow rate of dye solution on electrolytic treatment were investigated under certain voltage conditions.After electrolytic treatment,simulation dyeing wastewater proceeded with photochemical treatment.Under the conditions of Ph value 4、sodium chloride concentration 0.2g/L、dye wastewater temperature 20℃、flow rate 65.46ul/min,photochemical treatment time 30mins,the decolorization rate is over 95% and the COD removal rate is nearly 67%.
