摘要
城市更新基础数据调查是为更新改造规划和决策服务的一项新型基础测绘项目,同时也是一项能够充分体现"按需测绘"服务要求的调查项目。结合广州市城中村基础数据调查项目的生产实践和经验教训,介绍城市更新基础数据调查的内容和技术流程,阐述城市更新调查中的关键技术,探讨调查过程中的出现的问题并提出建议。对于开展城市更新基础数据调查工作,具有一定的借鉴和指导意义。
Basic data investigation of urban renewal is a new type of basic surveying and mapping project for renewal planning and decision-making services,and it is also a survey project which can fully reflect the service requirements of "surveying and mapping on demand".. Based on the production practice and experience of a village investigation project in Guangzhou,this paper introduces the content and technical means,expounds the key technologies of the basic data investigation of urban renewal, probes into the difficulties in investigation,and puts forward some suggestions. It has certain reference and guiding significance for the investigation of basic data of urban renewal.
