摘要
针对大型复合材料飞机需要专用装配装备数量大、成本高及利用率低的问题,提出集约化、可重构装配方案。通过设计集约化装配方案和可重构装配系统,实现组装、部装和总装的"三装合一"和装配定位器的通用化。通过对集约化可重构装配的效能分析得出:采用集约化可重构装配方案,飞机装配装备数量减少30%,利用率提高42%。
Aiming at the problems of large quantity, high cost and low utilization rate of special assembly equipment for large composite material aircraft, an intensive and reconfigurable assembly scheme is proposed. By designing the intensive assembly scheme and the reconfigurable assembly system, the "three-in-one" of component assembly, parts assembly and final assembly, and generalization of the positioner are realized. Though the efficiency analysis of intensive and reconfigurable assembly, it is concluded that the number of aircraft assembly equipment is reduced by 30% and the utilization rate is increased by 42%.
