摘要
针对一艘舱口间甲板发生屈曲破坏的矿砂船,对其舱口间甲板及其附连结构进行横向压缩强度分析.根据已提出的基于"第一原理"的简化计算方法,采用非线性有限元分析方法,对舱口间甲板结构进行横向极限强度分析,非线性有限元计算结果与简化计算方法的结果接近,验证了简化计算方法的合理性.此外,为了预估结构可能的失效模式,采用半解析公式计算舱口间甲板结构的临界应力,为强度评估提供了依据.综合评估结果表明,舱口间甲板结构的强度储备不足以抵抗外部载荷,屈曲破坏起始于檐板、舱口间甲板和垂向列板,这与目标船的事故分析报告中的屈曲现象吻合.
The transverse compressive strength of the cross-deck and its attached structure of an ore carrier with buckling failure was analyzed. According to the simplified calculation method based on the "first principle", the nonlinear finite element analysis method was adopted to analyze the transverse ultimate strength of the deck structure. The results of nonlinear finite element calculation are close to those of simplified calculation method, which verifies the rationality of simplified calculation method. In addition, in order to predict the possible failure modes of the structure, the semi-analytical formula was used to calculate the critical stress of the cross-deck structure, which provides the basis for strength evaluation The comprehensive evaluation results show that the strength reserve of the cross-deck structure is insufficient to resist external loads, and the buckling damage starts from the curtain plate, upper deck and upper stool vertical plate, which is consistent with the buckling phenomenon in the accident analysis report of the target ship.
