摘要
无公害农产品、绿色食品、有机食品、农产品地理标志(以下简称"三品一标"),是政府主导的安全优质农产品公共品牌,是当前和今后农产品生产消费的主导产品,是传统农业向现代农业转变的重要标志。随着人民生活水平的不断提高,消费者对农产品质量安全问题的日趋关注,"三品一标"的认证工作在推动农产品质量安全建设方面发挥着相当大的作用。为了解近年来的农产品质量安全认证情况,主要从区域分布、品类分布、时间分布、财政补贴情况、认证条件等5个方面对上海市2012—2017年的认证数据进行了统计汇总,并分析了农产品质量安全认证工作对上海农业发展的影响。结果表明:认证工作不仅提升了农民的经营管理水平、环保意识,还提升了地产农产品的竞争力。
Pollution-free agricultural products,green food products,organic agricultural products and geographical indication of agricultural products are government-led public agricultural brands,which are leading the agricultural production and consumption now and will lead in the long run,as an important symbol for the transition from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,consumers pay more attention to food safety and quality problem,the certification work plays an important role in the promotion of agro-product safety and quality.For a better understanding of the adoption of agro-product safety and quality assurance,we collected certification data from 2012 to 2017 in 5 aspects:regional distribution,category distribution,time distribution,fiscal subsidy and certification clause.The results showed that the certification work enhanced the farmers’ administrative expertise and environmental awareness,as well as the agro-product competitiveness.
