摘要
利用超景深显微镜、扫描式电子显微镜对在河南省采集的粉虱标本四龄若虫(伪蛹)进行鉴定,并依据玻片标本和电镜描述其形态特征。结果表明,河南省粉虱科有9属9种,即黒刺粉虱Aleurocanthus spiniferus(Quaintance),珊瑚棒粉虱Aleuroclava aucubae (Kuwana),四川三叶粉虱Aleurolobus szechwanensis (Young),山茶颈粉虱Aleurotrachelus camelliae (Kuwana),烟粉虱Bemisia tabaci (Gennadius),桔绿粉虱Dialeurodes citri (Ashmead),石楠大孔粉虱Dialeuropora photiniana (Young),桑粉虱Pealius mori (Takahashi)和温室粉虱Trialeurodes vaporariorum (Westwood)。编制了河南省粉虱分类检索表。其中石楠大孔粉虱、四川三叶粉虱和山茶颈粉虱为河南省新记录种。
Specimens of four-instar nymphs of Aleyrodidae collected in Henan province were identified with the super depth microscope and scanning electron microscope (SEM),and their morphological characteristics were re-described with slide specimens and electron microscopy.The results show that Aleyrodidae in Henan province can be classified into 9 species representing 9 genera,namely,Aleurocanthus spiniferus Quaintance,Aleuroclava aucubae (Kuwana),Aleurolobus szechwanensis (Young),Aleurotrachelus camelliae (Kuwana),Bemisia tabaci (Gennadius),Dialeurodes citri (Ashmead),Dialeuropora photiniana (Young),Pealius mori (Takahashi) and Trialeurodes vaporariorum (Westwood).An identification key of whitefly species known from Henan is provided.Aleurodicus photiniana (Young),Aleurolobus szechwanensis (Young) and Aleurotrachelus camelliae (Kuwana) are newly recorded in Henan.
