摘要
智慧城市是新时代城市建设的新模型,加强智慧城市建设能全面优化城市的公共服务体系,加强基础设施建设,便于城市快速、高质量发展。京津冀三地协同发展战略首次在2014年提出,要从产业、交通、教育以及医院等多方面,率先实现三地协同发展,并做好京津冀智慧城市协同发展,以智慧城市建设模型推动京津冀一体化发展。因此,要实现京津冀一体化发展,应该以智慧城市建设为核心,通过建设京津冀智慧城市群,将大数据、互联网以及云会计等技术逐步应用到京津冀一体化发展中,逐步实现京津冀智慧城市群的城市基础设施、轨道交通和医疗体系城市联动,从智慧城市建设角度为京津冀一体化发展提供高效的基础设施、互联网服务以及医疗教育系统支撑。
Intelligent city is a new model of urban construction in the new era. Strengthening the construction of intelligent city can optimize the public service system of the city, strengthen the construction of infrastructure, and facilitate the rapid and high-quality development of the city. After the strategy of coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei was first put forward in 2014, General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that we should take the lead in realizing coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei from the aspects of industry, transportation, education and hospitals, and do a good job in the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei smart cities so as to promote the integrated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei with the model of smart city construction. Therefore, in order to realize the integrated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, we should take the construction of smart cities as the core, and gradually apply the technologies of big data, Internet and cloud accounting to the integrated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei through the construction of smart urban agglomeration. We should gradually realize the urban infrastructure, rail transit and medical system of the smart urban agglomeration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei from the perspective of smart urban construction. To provide efficient infrastructure, Internet services and medical education system support for the integrated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
