摘要
介绍了海洋石油111 FPSO船体基本情况,描述连续服役多年后船体结构现状,基于BV和CCS船级社规范,对腐蚀超标的结构或板进行更换或维修;对结构强度按照船级社的最新规范进行设计复核,基于计算分析结果对船体结构强度及疲劳不足之处进行加强,可以为中国以后FPSO的维修、改造提供帮助和借鉴。
This paper introduces the basic situation of HYSY 111 FPSO,and describes the current situation of hull structure after continuous service for many years.Based on BV and CCS classification society standards,the structures or plates with excessive corrosion are replaced or repaired.The structural strength is checked according to the latest code of classification society,and the strength and fatigue deficiency of the hull structure are strengthened based on the results of calculation and analysis.This paper can provide help and reference for future FPSO repair/conversion in China.
