摘要
目的:探究临床针刺治疗抑郁症的选穴规律。方法:在中国知网、万方、维普检索2012—2017年关于针刺治疗抑郁症的所有文献,将符合标准的文献录入EpiDate3. 1数据库,运用SPSS Modeler 18. 0、SPSS20. 0软件进行统计分析。结果:腧穴使用频次从高到低依次是百会、太冲、印堂;相关性最高的腧穴是百会-印堂,神门-太冲-百会,印堂-太冲-百会;占用频次较高的经脉依次是督脉、足太阳膀胱经、足厥阴肝经。结论:根据文献资料得出针刺治疗抑郁症的相关选穴规律,为临床治疗抑郁症选穴组方提供思路。
Objective:To study the rules of points selection for depression treated by acupuncture. Methods:The clinical data of depression treated by acupuncture from 2012 to 2017 were collected from CNKI,WanFang and VIP databases.The literatures met the criteria were entered into EpiDate 3.1 database.Data were analyzed with SPSS modeler 18.0 and SPSS 22.0 software. Results:Baihui,Taichong and Yintang were the most frequently used acupoints from high to low;Baihui-Yintang,Shenmen-Taichong-Baihui,and Yintang- Taichong-Baihui were the most relevant acupoints.Governor vessel,Bladder Meridian of Foot-Taiyang and Liver Meridian of Foot-Jueyin were the most frequently used meridians. Conclusion:Based on the literature,the regularity of acupoint selection in the treatment of depression by acupuncture was explored to provide ideas for the selection of acupoint prescriptions for the clinical treatment of depression.
