摘要
目的从患者视角对公立医院医疗服务进行评估,探索患者评估医疗服务的影响因素。方法按照量表计分方法计算公立医院患者体验的评价结果,利用单因素分析、相关性分析和回归分析,确定影响患者体验的内外部因素。结果单因素分析发现,患者体验在患者类别、年龄、性别、婚姻状况、文化程度、经济水平、疾病类型和疾病严重性上差异有统计学(P<0.05);相关分析和逐步回归分析发现,技术水平维度、尊重患者维度和就医费用维度对总体服务评价影响最大(P<0.01)。结论通过患者体验调查,了解影响患者体验的因素,可以为进一步推进医药卫生体制改革和全面提升患者体验提供依据。
Objective To evaluate the medical service of public hospitals from the perspective of patients,and explore the influencing factors of patients'evaluation of medical service.Methods The evaluation results of patients'experience in public hospitals were calculated according to the scale scoring method,and the internal and external factors influencing patients'experience were determined by single factor analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis.Results Single factor analysis found that there were statistical differences in patients of different classes,ages,genders,marital status,educational levels,economic levels,disease types and disease severity(P<0.05).Correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis found that the technical level dimension had the greatest impact on overall service evaluation(P<0.01).Conclusion Through patient experience survey,understanding the factors influencing patient experience can provide a basis for further promoting the reform of medical and health system,and improving patient experience comprehensively.
