摘要
基于提高X线机灯丝加热电路工作的稳定性和精度为目的,采用双闭环反馈控制电路对管电压及流过灯丝的电流进行调节。首先对电路中的电压与电流采样并进行运算处理,然后在控制电路中输入结果。控制电路进行误差分析,调整驱动信号的频率和脉宽调制宽度,确保管电压与管电流的平稳。结合25μs和50μs脉宽输出波形检测试验,得到平稳的5V电压输出,说明本方案能保证X线灯丝加热电路的正常工作,并提高X射线的质量。
Based on the purpose of improving the stability and accuracy of the filament heating circuit of the X-ray machine,use a double closed loop feedback control circuit to regulate the tube voltage and the current flowing through the filament.Firstly,sample and process the voltage and current in the circuit,then enter the result in the control circuit.The control circuit analysis performs error,and adjusts the frequency of the drive signal and the pulse width modulation width,then ensure the smoothness of the tube voltage and the tube current.Combined with 25μs and 50μs pulse width output waveform detection test,we can obtain a smooth 5 V voltage output.This solution can ensure the normal operation of the Xray filament heating circuit and improve the quality of X-rays.
