空中灾难应急响应系统模型的建立及应用 被引量:2

摘要 本文首先建立了两个不同情况下的通用模型,然后分析了波多黎各的飓风。灾难响应系统的位置是根据外部模型确定的。获取这些港口的数据,并通过最短路径确定离各医院最近的港口。最后得到,三个集装箱的位置是Arecibo,SanJuan和Fajardo,并利用三维装箱问题得到了局部最优解。
